Currently, I make all my pottery by hand. This means all pieces will vary in size and shape. This may be even more so the case if items are made in different batches or if you order similar styles in different clay bodies.

Because things are made by hand, it means you are choosing to have quality goods made slowly. The lead time for products can vacillate between 2-3 months depending on demand and quantities. Sometimes even longer if there are multiple projects.

You are purchasing a hand made item. Therefore items may vary slightly in size or shape.

Any quality issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days it is no longer redeemable for any exchange or refund. Damaged or missing items must also be reported within 5 days after delivery, otherwise it is no longer the producer’s liability.

Service ware accounts

Thank you for using my pottery for your goods! I work really hard to create something very special for you.

Please note that pottery used for serviceware will break during serviceware based on how it is handled. Unfortunately that is part of it, and I cannot replace anything that chipped or cracked.
